Hayes Vi Arcadia (ヘイズ・ヴィー・アーカディア) was a strategist of the Heiburg Republic and one of the series' main antagonists. Also known as the Black Marketer, Hayes was notorious for providing various weapons (or information) to aristocrats across the continent, from Horn Flutes that summon both Abyss and Ragnarok to even Drag-Rides, all to witness the fall of the New Kingdoms' monarchy from within. It was later revealed that she was one of the survivors of the Holy Arcadia Empire, being its third imperial princess.

Hayes had silver hair, a common trait among her family. She had heterochromic eyes, with her right colored grey and her left colored blue.

Hayes was a proud yet manipulative person who enjoys watching chaos around her and tended to belittle most people, such as Fugil who she despised the most or Lux who she called the "False Prince". When Lux and his allies defeated the Ragnarok she controlled, she began to hate them for this humiliation.

Listelka Rei ArshaliaEdit

The First Princess of Holy Arcadia Empire's 13th Generation Nobility and Hayes's first sister. In the eyes of Hayes, Listelka is both admired and feared due to her position as a shrine maiden that controls all of the ruins,

Aeril Vi ArcadiaEdit

The Second Princess of Holy Arcadia Empire's 13th Generation Nobility and also Hayes's second sister. Unlike either Hayes or Listelka, Aeril is actually the only person who has conscience in regards of Holy Arcadia Empire's atrocities to the world and her own virtue has become a subject of ridicule by the sisters.

Astral Line: Astral Line is the ability to cut through space itself. When Hayes swung Nidhogg's sword, it created a cut in space that split anything in the way, regardless of durability. She could even cut through Yggdrasil after the latter had reinforced itself. The resulting cut appeared as a wall of light that could block any attack. Hayes could create multiple cuts at a time to restrict the enemy's movement. However, this Divine Raiment is limited in that it can only create a certain area of cut space at a time. When this limit is reached, the older cuts will disappear on their own.[1][2]

  • While she was revived by Elixir in the light novels, Hayes was killed by Lux in the anime and her condition remains unknown in the manga.
